In order to better serve you, the link below will provide you with our New Patient Registration, which will assist us in making your transition to our office as smooth as possible. Please click on the button below and complete the New Patient Registration, as this will be necessary prior to your first appointment at Dentistry on the Hill.
Most new adult patients are scheduled with one of our hygienists for an hour appointment. During this appointment your medical history will be reviewed, a full set of X-rays will be taken, unless you have had one done within the last year and have brought them with you or had your previous dentist send them to us, and your mouth will be assessed through visual examination and periodontal charting. If it is determined that your gum tissues are healthy, a cleaning will be done. If your gum tissues are not healthy, we will discuss a course of treatment with you.
Financial Information
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (610) 259-5369. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
